Having originally trained as an Investment Analyst with FSA qualifications in Investment Management, when I retrained as a Commercial Practice Surveyor I wanted to apply my knowledge of Financial Services to Commercial Property.

My experience allows me to offer a very broad view on investing. Whilst a property investment may look attractive compared to other properties, I am able to suggest practical alternatives which may require less management and less running costs.

Once properties are purchased I am then able to use my professional surveying experience to manage the assets and extract the optimal level of income or capital from them. 

I am now building my own portfolios* and applying the same skills and experience to my own investments as my clients receive.
