Having originally trained as an Investment Analyst with FSA qualifications in Investment Management, I then retrained as a Commercial Practice Surveyor with one of Scotland’s top firms in order to apply what I had learned with Financial Investments to Commercial Property Investments.

This gives me the ability to offer advice not only on the comparison between different property investments but also against most other common types of investment.

Once purchased I also have the experience to manage Commercial Property Investments; dealing with tenants and leases whilst getting the most out of the investment at an affordable management cost.
